Volume calculation and calibration of vertical tanks

Accurate measurements are taken and the use of specialized software to calibrate and calculate the volume of vertical cylindrical tanks with deviations smaller than 2,0 ‰.

Features of the applications used for calibrations:

• Having taken accurate measurements the data of geometric dimensions are entered  or alternatively a large number of section points of the elements/parts.
• It enables you to adjust the calibration to any point in the tank, middle of cylinder, end of cylinder or to the position of the level gauge.

• Real calibration per centimetre or millimetre.
• Conversion of dimensions and calibration to any pressure and temperature conditions.
• Taking into account in the calibration every part that alters the volume of the content even the ones that are not filled with liquid (internal tubes, shell reinforcements, man holes etc).
